Tom, an architectural photographer, came with his wife on an assignment to Blue Ridge about 8 years ago and immediately fell in love and purchased the very home he had come to photograph! Donna had been in healthcare for 30 years and with the move she decided it was a time for a change.
Ideas flowed back and forth on a new direction for the couple and when Tom strolled into an olive oil shop in Naples, FL he knew what it would be. Both Donna and Tom dove into an intensive study of olive oil and its properties – they found many health benefits beginning with how it can lower cholesterol and blood pressure and help prevent Alzheimer’s. They learned that quality and integrity does matter in Olive Oil and they only carry the purest available on the market.
